Mit rund 100 L\u00f6wen, die in der N\u00e4he leben, hat es eine der h\u00f6chsten L\u00f6wendichten der Welt. Das gr\u00f6\u00dfte Rudel in der Greater Mara Region \u2013 bestehend aus 20 L\u00f6wen \u2013 hat das Naturschutzgebiet zu seiner Heimat gemacht. Nat\u00fcrlich w\u00e4re eine so gesunde L\u00f6wenpopulation nicht m\u00f6glich ohne eine ebenso gesunde Nahrungskette f\u00fcr Wildtiere darunter. Es ist auch die Heimat von Kenias seltenem Wildhund. Neben dem Reichtum an ans\u00e4ssigem Wild dient das Mara Naboisho Conservancy auch als Migrationskorridor f\u00fcr mehrere hunderttausend Tiere zwischen dem Masai Mara National Reserve und den Loita Plains im Osten. Die Existenz des Mara Naboisho Conservancy stellt sicher, dass die Migrationszyklen und -muster nicht gest\u00f6rt oder gezwungen werden, sich zu \u00e4ndern.
