Program

  • DAY 1: NAIROBI FLY TO MASAI MARA

    • You’ll be picked up from your respective hotel/airport in Nairobi at 8.30 am.
    • Be dropped at Wilson airport to check in for your Masai Mara flight.
    • Fly to Masai mara (Approximately 1hr)
    • On arrival at airstrip be met by our guide and transferred to the camp with enroute game drives.
    • Lunch at the camp and check in.
    • Relax rest part of the afternoon and enjoy hotel amenities such as swimming etc.
    • Go for an evening game drive until sunset.
    • Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.

  • DAY 2 & 3: MASAI MARA GAME DRIVES

    • Early breakfast at the camp or lodge.
    • After breakfast, early morning guests will set off for a full day in the Masai Mara National Reserve in search of the Big five of Africa under the open roof of a tour vehicle with packed lunch that will be served as picnic lunch in the wild savannah. The Big Five of Africa are the African Elephant, the lion, rhino, buffalo, and the leopard and a variety of bird species of more than 200 species and herbivores such as zebras, wildebeest in great numbers en-route to the Great Mara River where the 8th wonder of the world happens every year from July to August called The Great Wildebeest Migration. You will view this amazing wildlife whilst on the full day game drive from the open rooftop of the vehicle for great views and photography until late in the afternoon.
    • Return back to the lodge for diner and overnight stay at the camp or lodge.

  • DAY 4: MASAI MARA FLY TO SERENGETI

    • Early breakfast at the camp or lodge.
    • Check out of the lodge and drive to Masai Mara airstrip with enroute game drives.
    • Check in for your Serengeti flight.
    • On arrival at Serengeti airstrip our other guide from the Serengeti park shall pick you up and transfer to the camp for lunch and relaxation.
    • Relax rest part of the afternoon.
    • Evening game drives until Sunset.
    • Dinner and overnight at the lodge or camp.

  • DAY 5 & 6: SERENGETI GAME DRIVES

    • A full day game viewing drive as we explore this vast nature endowed wildlife reserve.
    • Options of morning and afternoon or full day game viewing sessions are available to you.
    • The annual wildebeest migration is Serengeti’s most famous attraction.
    • It is also home to a pride of its lions which have been fitted with radio-transmitter collars so that their movements may be tracked.
    • Other wildlife you may see includes cheetah, zebra, giraffe, Thompson and Grant’s gazelle, Eland, Impala, Klipspringer, Hippo and Warthog.

  • DAY 7: SERENGETI FLY TO NGORONGORO CRATER

    • Early breakfast at the camp or lodge.
    • Check out with luggage with packed lunches and drive towards Serengeti airstrip to fly to our next and last magnificent destination Ngorongoro crater.
    • The flight will fly for approximately 40mins and on arrival our guide shall be waiting to meet you and transfer you to your respective camp or lodge.
    • Lunch at the lodge or camp.
    • Later in the afternoon descend to the floor of the crater for game viewing in this unique caldera park.
    • We shall look out for Rhino, Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Cheetah, Buffalo and Hippo.
    • Later we ascend to the crater rim.
    • Catch a glimpse of the most magnificent sunset views in Africa from the crater rim!
    • Return back to the lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

  • DAY 8: NGORONGORO FLY TO ARUSHA

    • Sunrise views from the crater rim.
    • Enjoy your morning breakfast at the lodge and later on check out and head to the Manyara Airstrip to fly into Arusha to be transferred to your hotel of choice or international airport to connect to your other destination as we bid farewell.

Important to Know:

  • All of our safaris are on private basis.
  • Children aged  between 0 – 2 years are free of charge.
  • Children aged 3 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate when sharing the same room with adults.
  • Children aged 3 – 12 years pay 75% of the adult rate when staying in their own separate room from adults.
  • Children above 12 years are recognized as adults in camps and lodges.
