The highlights of our trip were definitely the wildlife viewings, where we were lucky enough to see four of the Big Five up close. Our guide (Jackson) was incredible, knowledgeable, friendly, and great at spotting animals. The service was top-notch from start to finish. We only missed out on the fifth animal ( rhinoceros) , but that just gives us a great reason to come back. Highly recommended! I arranged this for 42 people and they put 6 people per jeep to ensure comfort, some company's wants to squeeze 7\/8 people per jeep at the same cost. The guides where fantastic and very knowledgeable, knew all the good places to go in tsavo East seeing 4 of the big 5 (no rhinos in that park) Food was a buffet meal which was very good. I must say that as mom &amp; teen sons only I was afraid a bit. All was so welll planed and I was fascinated how perfectly organized are the train stations in Kenya. Yes, comparing to that is Prague main station nightmare :). After few days at Diany beach we went back by train to Mombasa. The full day with Mufasa tour fuide John and his brother Anthony was something so unique, lovely, honest and we have seen exactly what we wanted to see. The excitement of searching for animals and seeing them in their natural habitat was truly unforgettable. But what made this trip even more special was the people we met along the way.&#010;&#010;A very special mention goes to our two guides, Mr. Muturi and James. We formed a very special bond with Muturi, an exceptionally kind and wonderful person whom we feel truly lucky to have met. Unfortunately, due to a family matter, he had to leave us partway through the trip and James continued the journey with us. James was also an outstanding guide: he went above and beyond to help us spot as many animals as possible, shared his passion for wildlife and impressed us with his kindness, generosity and dedication. The planning was straightforward, and the trip was delivered as promised, with no unexpected charges or hiccups. We chose Jumbo Mara from the accommodation options and requested a glass cottage, which was lovely and just as expected. All meals were included, and the lunch box for our game drive was very convenient. Our only small disappointment was being charged separately for water and morning tea or coffee. We understand these charges are set by the accommodation provider, but it would have been helpful to know about them in advance.&#010;Richard was a fantastic guide and a top man. He picked us up in Nairobi, drove us to the Masai Mara and brought us safely back, stopping for breaks whenever we asked. He shared valuable information about the Maasai people and knew the safari tracks well, keeping in touch with other drivers to help us spot rare animals. We saw giraffes, elephants, wildebeest and lions, including lions mating, and had the thrilling experience of elephants marching through the safari jeeps. When we dropped our binoculars near a cheetah, Richard bravely retrieved them while keeping safety in mind.&#010;Overall, the trip was memorable, well organised and excellent value.
