Uw aankoop wordt binnen \u00e9\u00e9n tot twee werkdagen per e-mail bevestigd. Het annuleringskostenbeleid wordt van kracht zodra wij uw reservering indienen. Als uw aankoop om welke reden dan ook niet kan worden bevestigd, ontvangt u een volledige terugbetaling zonder extra kosten. Wij raden elke klant aan om het annuleringsbeleid te lezen en te overwegen een reisverzekering af te sluiten.<\/p><p><strong>Wijzigingsbeleid<\/strong><\/p><p>Wijzigingen in de reisroute kunnen niet worden aangebracht na vertrek van de tour.<\/p><p>Wijzigingen in de reisroute v\u00f3\u00f3r vertrek kunnen onderhevig zijn aan nieuwe tarieven.<\/p><p>Elke wijziging dient per e-mail te worden doorgegeven via <a href=\"mailto:info@mufasatoursandtravels.com\">info@mufasatoursandtravels.com<\/a><\/p><p><strong>Terugbetalingsbeleid<\/strong><\/p><p>Wat <strong>WEL<\/strong> kan worden terugbetaald:<\/p><ul><li>Sommige tours vereisen mogelijk een minimumaantal reizigers om door te gaan. De betrokken reiziger krijgt het volledige bedrag terug of kan kiezen voor een vergelijkbaar tourproduct als alternatief. Dit gebeurt alleen in zeer zeldzame gevallen.<\/li><li>Houd er rekening mee dat het door de reiziger gekozen alternatief duurder kan zijn dan het oorspronkelijke product en daarom extra kosten met zich mee kan brengen.<\/li><li>Eventuele aanvullende terugbetalingen op basis van bijzondere omstandigheden zijn afhankelijk van de specifieke situatie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Wat <strong>NIET<\/strong> kan worden terugbetaald:<\/p><ul><li>Alle hotel- en tourschema\u2019s worden vooraf geregeld. Personen die niet verschijnen op de dag van vertrek hebben geen recht op terugbetaling.<\/li><li>Er wordt geen terugbetaling gegeven voor delen van de tour die door de reiziger na vertrek niet worden gebruikt, ongeacht de omstandigheden.<\/li><li>Vliegtickets zijn volledig niet-restitueerbaar en niet-wijzigbaar voor tours waarbij de vlucht is inbegrepen in de totaalprijs.<\/li><li>Hotelverlengingen en producten met directe bevestiging (toegangstickets, stadspassen, enz.) kunnen na bevestiging niet worden omgewisseld of terugbetaald.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Annuleringsbeleid<\/strong><\/p><p>The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under &#8220;Special Notes.&#8221; Please carefully review the &#8220;Special Notes&#8221; of your tour prior to booking. Please know that Mufasa Tours and Travels will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.<\/p><table><strong>Cancellation Made Within <\/strong><strong>Refund Policy <\/strong>0 &#8211; 10 days prior to departureAny amount paid is non-refundable.10 days \u2013 1 Year prior to departureA credit note, valid for one year and equal to the amount paid, will be issued with no cancellation charges.More than 1 year prior to the date of departureThe full amount paid will be refunded less 3.5% transaction charges<\/table><ul><li>The notification day and departure day are NOT counted. Eg. If the tour departure day is April 4th, we receive the official cancellation request on April 1st, it will be counted as 2 days prior to the departure date.<\/li><li>If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 10 days, we will not offer a refund.<\/li><li>All cancellations must be made directly with Mufasa Tours and Travels, not with any 3-rd Party Service Provider. On cancellation<\/li><li>If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.<\/li><li>Refunds will only be made to the person that made the initial payment.<\/li><li>In the event of a refund, any associated transaction fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount, with a minimum 3.5% transaction fee.<\/li><li>The refund amount can also be credited directly to your account for future bookings without any transaction fee.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Credit Note<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Credit Notes are Valid for 1 year from the issue date.<\/li><li>Credit notes are transferrable.<\/li><li>Please note that the tour substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original tour and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.<\/li><li>The validity period of the credit note can be extended beyond one year if the exact travel dates are communicated before the expiration of the initial one-year period from the cancellation date.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>How to Cancel a Reservation<\/strong><\/p><p>We will process your cancellation\/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal \/ over-the-phone request or voicemail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged.
