After doing some research, reading positive reviews online, and getting a recommendation from a colleague, we chose Mufasa Tours—even though they weren't the cheapest option. We couldn't be happier with our decision! Our guide, Douglas, was consistently professional, cordial, approachable, and in a great mood. The absolute highlight of the trip was the incredible wildlife, especially seeing the cheetah and leopard up close. The lodge's Zebra Plains close proximity to the Masai Mara, combined with the wonderful friendliness of the staff, made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to our sales consultant, Andrew, who was professional throughout and keen to provide the best possible advice. Excellent tour operator with great organization and communication. They handled our last-minute changes very professionally, especially during the airport strike. Our 9-day safari with Mufasa was an absolute dream from start to finish, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Kelvin. From collecting us at the airport to hotel transfers and guiding us onto the train to Mombasa, his seamless organization kept every day exciting and stress-free. Kelvin is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and remarkable at tracking wildlife across Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli—consistently positioning our vehicle for the absolute best photo angles. We had an amazing safari experience with Mufasa Adventures, from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. Everything was well organised, and the team was very helpful throughout the trip. A special mention to our guide, Alvin. His knowledge, patience and incredible instincts made our game drives even more memorable. We had some amazing wildlife sightings thanks to his great decisions. We also really appreciated Mufasa’s flexibility when we had to postpone our trip last year — our deposit was kept as a travel credit and we were able to use it this year. We had a fantastic safari with Musafa Tours, visiting Amboseli and Tsavo East. Leonard was our driver and guide and was brilliant throughout. Extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, and with the eyesight of an eagle! He somehow managed to spot animals we would never have seen ourselves and made the whole experience a lot of fun. Amboseli was a real highlight. We saw an incredible number of elephants, along with plenty of other wildlife, and the scenery was spectacular. Tsavo East was beautiful too, although the animal density was lower than I had imagined. In hindsight, I probably would have spent a little extra and combined Amboseli with the Masai Mara instead. That said, we saw a huge variety of animals and had a great experience overall. A big thank you to Leonard in particular for making the trip so memorable. La nostra esperienza é stata ECCEZIONALE. Abbiamo fatto 6 giorni di Safari (Amboseli, Navisha e Masai Mara) e grazie a RICHARD (la nostra guida) abbiamo vissuto momenti indimenticabili e siamo riusciti a vedere tutti i Big Five e altri tantissimi animali. La passione con cui ci hanno coinvolto e la voglia di spingersi oltre ogni limite per farci vedere tutto é stata davvero commovente. We just concluded our 24days Kenya safari and beach adventure with musafa tours. We are so happy we had Andrew plan our entire safari tour and Kenya trip. The lodges Andrew selected for us were very good. The guide was so helpful and informative and a great driver too. I was worried about the long drive across the country but with Oldhis, the drive felt like nothing I imagined. He is such a careful driver. The lodges Andrew booked were carefully selected for our family . They were family friendly lodges. My had this trip planned within a week. I was not so sure we could get good lodges because of the time constraints but Andrew did the best. We are so glad we booked with Mufasa. The whole intinary was planed by them and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you Andrew and Oldhis for making our safari experience an enjoyable one.
