Payment Policy
To secure your tour arrangement, a deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due according to the destination-specific timelines as outlined below.
For any bookings made less than 7 days prior to the tour, full payment is required immediately.
Deposit and Balance Schedule

Kenya Only: 30% deposit; balance due 3–7 days before travel.

Kenya & Tanzania Safari: 30% deposit; balance due 7–14 days before travel.

Kenya, Tanzania & Zanzibar: 30% deposit; balance due 7–14 days before travel.

Kenya & Uganda Safari: 50% deposit; balance due 14 days before travel.

Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda: 30% deposit; balance due 14–21 days before travel.
- Uganda & Rwanda: 50% deposit; balance due 7-14 days before travel.
Late Payments and Cancellations
Failure to make timely payments according to the schedules above may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking.

All Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method.
Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments in USD notes dated between 1996 and 2006.
Mufasa Tours and Travel reserves the right to refuse any form of payment at its discretion.
Tour Amendments, Cancellations, and refunds are processed subject to our amendments, cancellation and refund Policy.
