Payment Policy

Payment Policy

A deposit of 30% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement to secure the booking, with the balance due within 3 days of the commencement of the tour. For bookings made less than 7 days before the tour begins, full payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the customer will be subject to our cancellation policy.

 

Mufasa Tours and Travel Agency accepts various forms of payment, including but not limited to

  • Credit Card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, Union Pay,)
  • Debit Card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, Union Pay,)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Money (M-Pesa)
  • Cash

 

All Payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific payment method.

Please be aware that we do not accept cash payments in USD notes dated between 1996 and 2006.

Mufasa Tours and Travel reserves the right to refuse any form of payment at its discretion.

Tour Amendments, Cancellations, and refunds are processed subject to our amendments, cancellation and refund Policy.
